I offer Personal Training and specific Sports Coaching to clients across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

In addition to supporting clients reach their fitness (and weight loss) goals, I also provide specific Run, Swim and Cycle Coaching. Either individually for clients that have entered a specific event, or integrated as part of a wholistic approach to fitness. The latter provides much more variety and interest.

I’m no athlete! All this running and cycling stuff… Are you the right Coach for me?
OK, so my clients range from people that are completely new to exercise perhaps looking to lose weight, tone ups or start running with an ambition to run 5k eventually. Right through to people that already do some exercise and are looking for help to take the next step; that could be 100 mile bike ride or a long run for charity maybe. Everyone is different and has their own unique and exciting ambition!

Where are you based?
I am based from Olney in Buckinghamshire, but am am happy to travel to clients. Because I don’t usually use a gym for training clients, we can usually find a suitable outdoor space or sometimes the clients home. I also work with a number of private studios… There are options
