Sport specific technical coaching for Swimmers, Cyclists and Runners who wish to train more effectively and improve their performance. Technical skill development, structured training plans and discipline specific Strength and Conditioning, I offer an integrated approach to athlete development.
A typical sports coaching package will include in person assessments, frequent face to face technical skills development, remote coaching and support as well as a structured bespoke training schedule.
Both Personal Training and Sports Coaching are offered either Studio Based or as a Mobile service covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
