Boxercise

Boxercise is a fantastic cardio exercise, enjoyed by both men and women, offering a great reason to get back into the studio when you are bored of the more standard gym classes. Its suitable for all ages and abilities.

Regular Taster and Beginner sessions are available, with all equipment provided, so it’s easy to get involved and give it a go.

Absolutely no boxing or combat experiences is required! Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout. Great for stress busting!

While steady-state cardio can definitely help you burn calories and shave off that excess weight, it’s very hard to keep up because it can get boring really quickly. Enter Boxercise, a super effective cardio workout that will fully engage both your upper and lower body. Great for supporting weight loss and general fitness, but you also develop agility, balance and coordination skills. All whilst having a huge amount of fun!
