You are experienced and know your way around a gym! You have reached a good level of fitness and it’s an important part of your life. Maybe you take part in competitive sport or maybe you don’t, but either way you are ready for a challenge and want to be pushed to find that next level. Ready? Lets go!
- READY TO EXERCISE: An initial call, to get to know each other, discuss you goals, experience and fitness level.
- BESPOKE FITNESS PLAN : A completely bespoke plan based on your goals and time available to train at home each week. Each plan contains two weeks worth of training.
- ADVANCED GROUP COACHING CALLS: Weekly group calls enable you to chat face-to-face with me, and other fitness clients at a similar level to you. Discuss your current training, performance goals and experiences.A great motivational tool in a like minded community.
- PRIVATE COACHING CALL: Weekly private coaching sessions to review your progress and make sure you remain challenged.
- WHATSAPP CHECK-IN: Check-in on each day you are scheduled to be training. Get your feedback on the session and adapt the next one if required.
- UNLIMITED ONLINE COACH ACCESS: All the accountability & support you need to be a able to follow your plan and stay on track.
